“I saw previous reviews about the cleanliness so was concerned. However, the place was very clean and presented really well. The balcony glass was cleaned and had an amazing evening and sunset up there! It was perfect. Some areas show quite a bit of wear and tare but generally it was clean. Only negative was that there was no hand soap of any kind provided so to wash hands in the bathroom / WC meant getting shower gel from the shower. ”

“Room is clean, though is a bit small with just a couch. Difficult to work on a couch so we requested a chair. The staff was helpful and provide us one. We had a $50 voucher to use, however all of our 3 nights stay the in room dining menu is the same. it could be better if there are more choices. The buffet breakfast is in a different building in the Star. Plenty of choices and is spacious, but the hygiene could be improved. As seen there are insects in the area. “The cleanning service was concerned! The used towels were not discard, instead the staff put it back to the shelf and pretend to be a new one. bed sheet was not changed for consegative 4 days! the toliet paper was not refilled! And one day a staff kicked our door for cleaning service at 8 am, does it make sense? Besides, as flights will fly near the hotel, the noise is disturbing. The only advantage if the hotel is it is really close to metro station. ”
