“This unit was perfect for my stay in Alexandria. I was visiting my Dad in the hospital nearby and this unit had everything I needed. It rained while I was there and that made this unit a bright spot to land each day. The washer/dryer were perfect for the small loads I needed during my stay. I am very pleased and will stay here again.”

“Clean. TV in each bedroom and living room. Washer/dryer. Stocked Keurig coffee maker. Restaurants and shopping less than six miles away. Try The Pit Diner for a great country breakfast and Lil Cajun House for tasty seafood.”

“We enjoyed being in the middle of nature, right next to a pond, that is connected to Rodemacher Lake. In the evening and night the frogs were singing their orchestra, and you wake up with birds singing. If you like this, then this is your place. If you don't like bugs, then this might be challenging. The cabin is equipped with all you need. It is a little outdated, but that fits the location.”

“This rental was as represented if you are expecting the Four Seasons or even the hotel experience this is not it. However, if you want a VERY comfortable bed which is often a problem for me this location will not disappoint. I travel to this area to care for my father often and I typically stay at the Holiday Inn in Pineville. However, I wanted more options, to save money, have more room, be able to cook my own meals, and park close to my room. This VRBO checked all those boxes. Now the……

“Do not fall for this. It’s a dangerous high crime area. These people would not help me after I told them we felt uncomfortable and unsafe in this home. Furthermore, they started ignoring me after I had tried to explain I needed to try to get a refund. I honestly do not trust vRBO any longer because they allowed this place on their listing. And side note, we never stayed in this house, we found another place to stay. They have 2 pending deposits and I really hope that they fall off because if……

“Enjoyed our stay! I liked that there was an alarm. We came in late at night, the area looked a little sketchy at night, had a better view in the daytime, all was good. The location is close to all the stores you could possibly need. The water pressure was less than stellar, especially if you have thick curly hair, lol. The beds were comfortable, but some of the sheets had stains. Over all a pleasant stay, I would stay again. Thank you!!”
