Asked question shortly after booking about distance to event and got no response (I was concerned that we might be too far away; however, it worked out fine). Also mentioned that we heard something in the walls of the master bedroom two nights while we were there (maybe birds, geckos, not sure) but kept us awake. Also, got no response to that concern.”

“The house was nice and the property was beautiful! The unit worked great for us since it was two separate apartments, one on the top level and one on the bottom level. The view was amazing and super peaceful with sheep grazing on the property next door. The only thing we did not like was the pictures and description were a little misleading. From the pictures, the guest house being rented looks further away from the house. The property is honestly maybe 20 feet from the main house garage. The……

The two large suites are large are well appointed. The third guest room is very comfortable. The bunk room and 4th bedroom are quite small.We would return for sure!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this cottage, which is conveniently located close to everything in Los Olivos. You can simply park and walk to all the attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the beds are very comfortable, though the pillows could be improved. One suggestion would be to invest in more hangers for the closets, as there were only a few available. We also enjoyed the private patio, which features a nice umbrella for some afternoon shade. Overall, it was perfect for our vacation”

“Quiet evenings and easy travel to local attractions. Very clean, lovely home. Excellent host!”

“We loved the original intent of the hosts to create a very unique and comfortable getaway. Unfortunately guests are not always thoughtful in caring for vacation rentals and The Coop has not been maintained in the manner it deserves. Even though the rates charged are premium, it felt like we were staying in a second tier property. I felt like we had a good connection with the manager and reported several of our concerns. The response was “well no one has ever complained about that”.”
