“Very stylish boutique hotel which situated on the second floor or a bar & restaurant. However, when we first entered our room we found out the room wasn’t ready and it seemed like it had not been properly made up by the staff. We had to tell the hotel manager this issue and waited for another 15 to 20 minutes until they finally finished the room (We arrived around 4 or 5pm). Then, we found out the a/c system wasn’t working, we told the manager again and then he came with his boss, I think, their……

“Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home. ”

“我大約1時到達酒店.預計放低行李後等下午三點才可入住.當日天氣炎熱.前枱服務員態度非常有禮貌. 好笑容.還給我提早入住.令我非常感激.我一共住宿了四晚.整體基本上設施齊備整潔.雖然不是每日執房間.但也有每日更換毛巾.添置廁紙及日用品.所有員工都非常Nice &Helpful .可能我入住了無障礙房間所以洗澡時如拉上浴簾後顯得有點光線不足.基本上今次住宿非常滿意.只是如可住高層小小及價錢再便宜點就更好了!”
