“Nice ”

“The “restaurant” was far from it, at least during our trip. But the staff (Jennifer) was great! At breakfast they said they had no cook. Jennifer saved the day and put together a great complimentary breakfast for the whole hotel! But then for dinner half the menu was scribbled out bc they “ran out of a lot the night before.” Interesting. But they did do their best with what they had and my son and I appreciated it all! ”

“Very terrible experience. Booked this hotel as I had an important interview downtown in Albany. When I arrived there at 9pm, it’s overbooked and we were relocated to a motel 20 mins away. The motel was terrible and the hair dryer was even broken. The staff was rude when we tried to understand the situation. The staff on duty promised to cover the extra transportation costs from the motel to the bus terminal for the next day and arranged a taxi for us. But we were kicked out of the taxi as the……

“酒店没有电梯，上下楼搬运行李会比较麻烦 酒店二楼走廊的地毯有很重的臭脚丫子味道和霉味，令人窒息 房间的空调不能调节温度 房间的wifi速度很慢，几乎没有用”

“The room was very clean. The keys always worked. We were close to the elevator. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom light was not working correctly and made the room dark. No stopped for the tub to hold water for a bath. No racks to hang towels.”

“The stay was good, not very busy. I was there for the week. Everything was clean, though the bathroom could use some TLC and fresh caulking. The bed sheets needed bottom sheets not tops used as bottoms. For a solo work trip for a blue collar guy, it was a great place and great price.”

“Good price, plenty of parking, good options for EV chargers around, breakfast could’ve been better. Rooms need to have coffee and/or coffee machines.”
