“Excellent accommodation. Wee perks of a hotel were included like towels, toiletries, water in the fridge, coffee etc but it was way better than a hotel due to the space and facilities, especially when travelling as a family. We were deciding between a hotel down the road and here, definitely made the right choice. ”

“Bill and I spent another incredible two weeks at Hilltown. The family connection is so important to us! We enjoyed walking the strands with old and new friends, meeting up for lunch dates with Bill’s cousin, visiting other cousins and friends! Our friends, who traveled with us,thouroghly enjoyed the comforts afforded at Hilltown, the beauty of the country-side and exploring what Donegal has to offer. We are already looking forward to planning another visit back to Ireland!”

“Wonderful experience staying at the property. One suggestion for the owners is to provide instructions on the use of appliances particularly those appliances that are unique to Europe e.g. the combination washer- dryer, hot water heater in the shower etc. we figured it out eventually but a how to booklet would have been helpful.”

“Loved this cottage with history. We stayed in Rodden (not Owl) cottage, on the same property, and it was delightful. Lots of stone and heavy timbers, beautiful updating recently. A storm had knocked out water to Owl, so our host offered us Rodden, very accommodating. Only complaint was the fuel oil smell in the downstairs bedroom.”

“This house was very comfortable and attractively decorated, with two living rooms and a large kitchen. We enjoyed the access to Donegal town - no more than a few minutes! While the setting was rural, we did overlook a parking lot for a business next door. There were farm animals in the yard next door who said hello as we came and went. A nice place to stay to see the area!”

“The minute we walked into this cottage we knew we had chosen the right place for our extended family meet-up in Ireland. Beautifully decorated with lovely fabrics and furniture. The kitchen has upscale appliances and it too, is artful in its presentation. The bathroom is lovely too. One of the best parts is that it's at the end a narrow rural road, with just another cottage. “We really enjoyed our stay at Willow apartment. The standard of cleanliness and attention to detail was exceptional. Janet was very responsive to queries. The apartment is situated 15 minutes from letterkenny in a very quiet area. Perfect location if you want a peaceful stay but still access all that Letterkenny has to offer. The showers were not very powerful but this was the only small drawback to our stay. We would highly recommend this property ”
