“Great old hotel with beautiful location on the water. A bit short staffed when we were there, and our room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. But staff worked hard to compensate, and were helpful and positive. Food was really good. Our room could use a bathroom update. If you need a lift to get up stairs this is not for you.”

“Nice and tidy hotel near the city centre. Just 15 mins walking distance from Europa bus station. When we arrived at very beginning, the air condition was noisy and we requested to change another room. The staff are helpful and willing to change another room in the same floor. 鄰近商場及巴士總站, 轉變走多十分鐘便是主要大街. 附近亦有超市及找換店, 十分方便”

“Stayed at Wilton House for a long weekend in Belfast. Apartment was finished to a very nice standard, and was in a quiet area within 5-10 minute walking distance of main areas. Also very conveniently located for buses. Karen and staff were super friendly and helpful - would highly recommend!”

“Nice place, with some minor inconveniences: -window to outside would not close and had a gap, letting in a lot of street noise from the bar across the street -no air conditioning or even a fan...room was very stuffy -lots of flies in the room, maybe from the open window? -no hot water at sink -no suitable surfaces for managing toiletries But we knew this is an old building when we booked, so nothing that was a deal breaker.”
