“The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. “Staff was very friendly and accomodating, which is the most important point for me. Bonus points for the gym. There is a kitchen available to make meals and watch TV. I liked the location as well - calm, quiet and with public transport nearby. ”

“Such a good spot to stay and close to the city. Staff are all lovely. The place was spotless. Good facilities. However when we went into the communal space with the pool table and stuff. There was some people in there drinking which is fair enough. But I’ve never been chased out of a room so fast by the looks we were given as if we were invading their space. Other then that pretty happy with our stay”

“Short drive from airport and excellent after hours support following delayed late night flight. Just what we (a family of 5) needed to get a good rest before walk into Cork city center.”

“Great value and very convenient to many of the sights and shopping. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price included a full, unlimited English breakfast which made for a great deal. We found the location (except for the current construction project immediately in front of the hotel)) super convenient for walking to all the restaurants, shops and marketplaces.
