“This was the perfect location for our “home” base. We just chose a spot and drove to it. Puts on lots of miles and made amazing memories!!”

“It is a delightful cottage on a stud farm. Very peaceful. Access to small town nearby for shopping. We visited the Dingle Peninsula and other places on the west coast though they were quite far away. Thoroughly recommend it for the peace and quiet and beautiful srroundings”

“A quirky and eclectic house, not the for tall of stature. It's a traditional style of Irish country cottage set in a gorgeous Limerick valley. If you like country living and a break from the mundane, this is a good choice. Watch out for the oil heating bill at the end though.”

“It's a nice little cottage and host/property manager were quite nice as well. We were there 5 days, and enjoyed our stay there a lot. It's a bit far from the sights and from a grocery store (minimum 30 min. drive, IIRC) so plan for that. Also, no wi-fi that we were able to figure out (we just watched stuff we had already downloaded, using an HDMI cable), but there was a television and laundry facilities, so that was great.”

“My husband and I stayed in one of their suites for just the one night. It was very spacious and handy to have a kitchenette. The king bed was sooo comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with great variety. Wish I could have stayed longer”

“Les draps etaient propes, mais le mobilier avait connu de meilleurs jours ainsi que la salle de bain. Le calorifère etait dégueulasse ”

“My husband and I used this as our base for exploring Southern Ireland and it was perfect. The hosts were super sweet and a pleasure to talk with. They even helped us figure out our charging converters, called up to one of the local spots for us to get dinner and offered plenty of suggestions that ended up being some of our favorite visits. Great little spot for the two of us!”

“We loved this home for the moments we saw it online. Then when we met David, he was very helpful with everything in the home, but also had maps out for Ireland. My family did get sick during our visit and David was on it! I followed him i to town to get medicine for my son and husband. David checked in several times to make sure we were ok, and if we needed a doctor. Thankfully we didnt but having the owners close by meant that we could reach out if we needed anything. When we return for……

“There is not much going on in Fermoy, but it is possible to drive to some major attractions such as the national park if you don’t mind a bit of a drive. The house is very tastefully decorated and well equipped, but it is very small and the beds are listed as queens. If you are coming from America, please note this means full. Not a lot of room for suitcases, but the listing clearly stated how small it was. Overall acute little place, but not really in a destination spot.”

“Couldn't have dreamt up a more perfect place to come "home" to each day after adventuring around Ireland. We loved the central location that gave us easy access to Killarney, Waterford, Rock of Cashel, and many other adventures. The views are breathtaking! Walks up the lane were refreshing.We had perfect amount of space for 6 (easily could accommodate 2 more). We enjoyed sitting around the table together at the end of the day, playing games (provided) and talking. Cottage is decorated……

“My family had the best stay at Angelas home. We were admiring how gorgeous the layout was and how well it accommodated all nine of us. Angela was incredibly helpful with any questions I had, even stopping by to assist. We truly appreciate the hospitality. ”

“This was an awful experience. The owner never communicated, never sent any information, never gave us check-in information, so we were left stranded in Ireland with no place to stay and had to scramble to find last-minute accommodations. Vrbo customer service was also terrible, as they didn't respond and offered no help. We're still awaiting a refund or any response. Avoid, avoid, avoid.”

“We were looking for a countryside cottage to enjoy while on holiday and this was perfect. The manager arrived promptly and rectified the situation when an issue arose. Highly recommend this place.”
