“My wife and I own a very reactive dog that loves to explore the outside but hates cars and other dogs. This property was excellent. Tons of open space he could roam off leash on a beautiful little lake. We spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoors with him. Highly recommend if you want a quiet place to stay for the weekend.”

“My girlfriend and I have been going on wine trips for the past 10years, we pick different locations and then visit wineries and boutiques in the area, along with hiking and sightseeing. This was the perfect location for all of the activities.”

“We stayed here for a girls weekend. The cabin is in a great location, quiet but only a couple miles to town. Very clean and comfortable, it has everything you could need. The hosts are great, very responsive if you have any questions. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“We were looking for a quiet place to spend Christmas and this was just the place. It was clean, well stocked, and in a lovely location. The hosts were excellent in communicating in a timely manner. “We had a wonderful stay. Dan and Norah were easy and timely to communicate with. All questions answered quickly and they were very willing to make sure the stay was everything we hoped it would be. The views and privacy are very nice. The home is comfortable - both fireplaces inside work nicely, and furniture is very comfortable. Location is nice - quiet, yet only 15 minutes from multiple towns for food, drinks, activities. We'd definitely go back in the future!”

“Our family of five stayed at Be-at-ease for a week in August 2024 and had great relaxing time. All of the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable. We had unseasonably cool weather so we didn’t use the a/c but it seemed like the house was very well set up for warm weather. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the things you’d need to cook any meal. The game room provided a great place for the kids to entertain themselves when not out on the water.
