“My 2nd time staying here & as always it’s a wonderful experience!!!”

“We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. The location was perfect, short drive to Dillsboro and Sylva and 15 minutes to Cherokee casino or rivers.The house was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “Outside space and game room were wonderful. Home was spacious and comfortable, but had some issues with needed repairs and cleanliness (cobwebs and dirty floors). A closet door fell on my son as soon as he tried to open it, the door to the bedroom in the basement didnt slide (stuck half open), and a toilet had issues. Driveway difficult to navigate. No view except trees. Could not get DVD players to work despite following directions and many of the board games were missing pieces. Host had……

“I hate long reviews so here are the basics. Great communication with the host, BEAUTIFUL VIEWS, lots of space, beds were comfy except the upstairs king bed (very hard), kitchen stocked very well, parking under the covered carport was nice, house was clean, had all the essentials and more, WiFi was good, hot tub was great for the kids and fit pit would have been amazing if we could have used it but the rain stopped us. The only issue I had with the stay was the water pressure, not the best. That……

“Property was nice and clean. Loved the porch!”

“Had a great stay. Beds were a little uncomfortable but the view made up for it. The driveway could use some work. 4wd definitely needed which they say. Hot tub was nice to relax in after fishing all day”

“Great cabin. Everything was clean and the house was well stocked. Great views. This cabin is located in the upper mountains. The drive to the cabin was very windy and a two lane road. No street lights so navigating it in the dark was a little tricky. ”

“The upstairs office was a great place for me to work remotely. Nice desk with plenty of plugs around to power everything. I brought two 17 inch monitors. With Cataloochee 10 minutes away I could a quick uncrowded ski session in during the late afternoon. House was perfect for this and the location so close to Bear Waters is convenient as well.”
