“We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!”

“This property exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice, in our opinion. It’s perfectly clean, with a Christmas tree in every single space. It’s an easy 20 minute drive up to the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad for the Polar Express and was such a fun place for our 2 y.o. And 6 y.o. to add to the Christmas magic of the weekend. “We loved this beautiful mountain home! The views and outdoor spaces are truly stunning. This home was perfect for relaxing with friends by the fire and our kids enjoyed the upstairs playroom. The host was wonderful and very responsive. Highly recommend! ”
