“My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night.”

Terrible Management

"1. My room included breakfast but the restaurant charged to us again. When asking money return, the duty manager reluctantly returned the money. 2. House keeping not refilling tea bag for 2 nights in the row. 3. Put irrelevant meal invoice in my bill. "
