“The front desk at the hotel was rude and had a bad attitude and tried to make me work to contact Expedia customer service to get my funds out of Expedia, even though I paid in full via Hotels.com. The hotel itself was in a quiet location and the rooms were well kept and cleaned. If you expect good hotel service, I would recommend other hotels.”

“It was terrible from the beginning until the end. The room was dirty, the bathroom was not working (no hot water, only cold, the dryer empty under the sink right under the floor), no key for the room (not working), lots of noise from the neighbours, the welcome was cold as ice, far from the center, well, we were happy to leave this place. It’s pretty a shame because the hotel could have been really good if the place was a bit maintained.”
