“We had an incredible time at Paolyn Houseboat at the end of September! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in store for something special... the restaurant and boats are quietly tucked into the cliffs, creating a serenely stunning atmosphere. Paulo was a fantastic host and it was inspiring to know that the project also benefits the Tagbanua tribe, many of whom are employed as staff. We’ll forever cherish the memory of waking up on the emerald green waters and snorkelling before……

“The hotel overbooked and tried to move us to another place across the street. We were already at the lobby, but they still wanted to give our room to other guests who hadn’t arrived yet. We had confirmed all the booking details through email before the trip, including the room type. In the end, the four-person room we booked was changed to two double rooms. The staff at the front desk was emotional and said this was the best they could do. Very unprofessional and disappointing. I don’t recommend……
