“This guesthouse exceeded all expectations, truly a beautiful property with almost every amenity you would need. Outstanding access to Carkeek Park, and a great playground with basketball courts just next door. A great home base for Northwest Seattle with good access to Ballard, Greenwood, Phinney, and Fremont. Maybe a little far from downtown but going through Interbay is often a lot less traffic than I-5.Marti and Dennis were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend. ”
