“this unit has decent prices for seattle and is quiet and safe, but it is really a bare bones set up. i was able to park on the street nearby the property. the owner was never able to provide functioning internet during the three nights i was there. the password supplied was never accepted. it would have been nice to have a bathmat in the bathroom and maybe an extra blanket in the closet. coffee maker works but filters supplied were the wrong type. ”

“I liked the area and the building with near parking spots. Did not like the mattrass, and the stumbling floors of people above...but OK, for the price I paid. Thank you”

“The property is very good, clean has everything essential a traveler needs. Vince was very engaged, and he was communicating with me all the time, making sure everything was OK with my stay. I had a bad surprise in the beginning, when I found that in order to receive the entry code, I have to submit a copy of my ID card (front and back), selfie and my credit card number. This was not mentioned when the property was booked. I am not comfortable giving such information to strangers. ”

“Great stay but DO NOT PARK IN THE STREETS! Horrible parking because a drunk driver plowed through and took out almost 5 cars including ours. Great location though but would not come back due to the parking area. Super stressful. ”
