“I was check-in pretty late that night but the staff was very friendly and already prepare a room with the parking in front of the door, the room is clean and nice, comfortable bed, breakfast was good, the only problem I have is about the highway noise maybe the hotel is close to the highway, but it's not that big deal for me, other than that everything is perfect, very close to Fred Meyer, I can do something shopping before going back to hotel.”

“This is a nice hotel close to Alderwood mall, I-5 and 405. Plenty of shopping and food options. Also a walkable movie theater. Their breakfast was one of the best we've had. ”

“My only complain would be the beds. The sleep quality wasn't as great as I hoped. The breakfast options were ok, but not as good as what we are used to. So most likely I will not come here again. We booked the La Quinta Inn in Los Angles and it was a day and night difference. ”

“客房內無水可飲用，需要多次提醒才提供。 房客沒有再預計時間4:30pm在一樓集合，因為客人是單獨出差，所以擔心在房內暈倒或發生意外，拜託櫃檯值班人員打給房客，但櫃檯人員拒絕內線聯絡客人，理由是會吵到隔壁房間。 溝通許久決定要叫警察來處理櫃檯人員的拒絕態度時，櫃檯態度非常惡劣，快到５點旅館經理才出現幫忙上樓敲門找到房客。”
