“This is a beautiful house with views of the water and quick access to the Alki beach area. The house was immaculate and spacious. Our children had fun claiming their bedrooms and running up and down the stairs. There were so many extras in this home: tons of board games, a record/radio player and a working fireplace in the dining room. Whenever we return to the Seattle area, we will definitely be staying here.”

“Great location, close to restaurants and the waterfront. Clean, well set up and good communication. Bedrooms/bathrooms are far enough apart to allow for privacy when you're traveling with close friends (but not *that* close). Would absolutely stay again!Please note that the garage entry is quite tight. Getting in is OK, but even with a mid-sized car with cameras, I needed my friend directing me out inch by inch to avoid running into the sides of the door or the cement wall that angles in towards……

“We had a lovely time at the property and found everything we needed to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The cottage was beautifully decorated and cozy. We spent each evening on the patio with the beautiful view playing board games and even roasting marshmallows in the fire pit with our 8 year old. The area was very quiet and we all slept well in the comfy beds. We will stay here again as my hometown is in nearby in Port Townsend. We spent one day hiking on Marrowstone Island, a local……

“There are tons of windows and deck areas overlooking Puget sound. We saw orcas, dolphins, seals, river otters, and bald eagles all from the house. The house is built right on the water wall which is great for seeing animals and going on the beach. It is not great for cars. We drove the car down to load and unload but then parked at the neighborhood parking lot about a block away. The waves at high tide come right up to the top of the sea wall and if a cargo ship goes by it will shower your car……

“My family and I had a great stay at the cozy home. There was more than enough space for all of us and a wonderful view. The host was great at communication regarding our questions and concerns. Overall a great place and I would be happy to stay again.”

“The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is older, so has some quirks but it was charming. Some loud neighbors but not a big deal. ”

“We used this as a second location for housing my family for a get-together (we live nearby). It's a beautiful property and location. The pictures are exactly what you'll see when you get there. Easily walkable around the neighborhood. Property management was in contact with us continuously.”

“Alexa was a wonderful host. My wife and infant joined me on my Seattle trip and the house was perfect for us. Alexa provided us with a pack and play for our baby and the house had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location is also wonderful. “We stayed for three nights for a family holiday dinner. We were quite comfortable. The beds and linens were nice, the showers were hot, the backyard was lovely, and I appreciated that all the light switches were labeled and the WiFi password was easily accessible. Only one thing bothered us: the house needs a WiFi extender. As it is, there is signal only in the room with the router. Not terrible, but so easily fixed.”
