“We had never been glamping before; this getaway must be the perfect example of it! Every need was anticipated and met. The "cabin" is easy to get to, but feels miles away from the world. The site is tidy and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, but beware: it takes up almost all the floor space of the cabin. Communication with our host was excellent. “Beautiful historical hotel, the rooms were comfortable, the bed too and we liked the vintage style fridge. Because this is a historical building the walls are very thin and you can hear everything! I'd give it a higher rating but the thin walls were an annoyance. Also, no AC in the unit.”

“This property is in a wonderful quiet location. The access to the beach and the views of the bay are amazing. The house is old and access to the house is up a lot of stairs, but that wasn’t a problem for our group. When we stayed in August there was quite a few wasps around the property which limited our time down on the grassy area, some wasp traps would be a good idea. Otherwise another great stay for us! ”

“Very special quiet retreat. I loved the setting: a beautiful meadow surrounded by mountains. The Dosewallips is a short walk away and you can hear it from the cabin. The cabin is adorable and not small, with plenty of space for yoga. The bed was comfy, the outhouse incredibly clean. I hope to return. ”

“We booked this property to celebrate our anniversary and it did not disappoint. Wayne, Nanette and Hank, the hosts were very responsive and even left us some treats and wine as a surprise. We were! Hank greeted us, tail wagging, the minute we arrived. LolThis property has so many amenities for a lakefront cottage and we used most of them! Kayaks, paddle boards, hot tub! The kitchen was well stocked and there was even a bag of ice in the freezer! This is a property that would be amazing to visit……

“The most perfect paradise for glamping on Bainbridge Island. From the functional but lovely outdoor toilette and shower to the friendly goats, peacocks, and umbrella of trees and other flora to the heated pool, comfortable teepee sleeping under the stars, this property was heaven. We would highly recommend, owner was a great resource and super welcoming. I've never staged anywhere this magical. We will never forget this getaway from our busy lives. “This is a lovely hilltop spot with a great view of the water. The skyscape makes it all worth it. The place is a tiny home, so be prepared. It's not necessarily for those needing to move around in the shower or bathroom. The beds are really comfy, and the loft is nice. Plenty of headroom. The only trick is getting down the ladder :). The hosts were gracious and communicative. Appreciate the coffee available as well. A must stay, if you don't mind tiny.”

“Very clean, well equipped, and comfortable! The cottage is in a beautiful peaceful location with a great deck and water views. Plenty of space to stretch out and relax!”

“We only spent two nights but really enjoyed the weekend break. Quiet location and the internet was surprisingly good so we could stream a movie with no issues. Yes there were a few spiders and the cell reception was non-existent but that was our goal. We love stopping by Langley and Freeland so this location was perfect. We did manage to be sucessful with our trout fishing which was an added bonus. Only improvements I could see would be to do some work on the shower so it doesn't leak……
