“I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it……

“This is another apartment rental, which I was trying to avoid initially, so I was surprised when I arrived, and there was no front desk. “This hotel is located in mid valley n there is a very big shopping arcade under the hotel. Lots of shopping n big super market. Hotel housekeeping staff very good service. However one reception lady s service is not so friendly. Always no smile. All male staff in reception are cheerful.”
