“This is such a lovely property - my husband loved exploring on morning walks. Would book again.”

It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries. The rental was well equipped and extremely clean. I really enjoyed the character within the home, in addition to the welcoming decor. As a property manager for almost 10 years, the responsiveness and communication was my favorite part. We alerted them of a potential need……

“Really enjoyed our stay. The place was as it looked, right next to a wonderful creek, with a large piece of flat land, great fire pit, and super convenient to town. Kitchen is stocked and good for cooking. Easy cleanup. Such an enjoyable spot. Will be returning when we can!”

“This cottage was amazing. We had the best time sitting around the fire pit by the river and kayaking up and down the river, also. The water was so clear, and it was a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely be planning to book there again when we are in the area. The stairs leading down to the river are very steep (as mentioned in the posting description), but other than that, it was great. ”
