“Rooms are not the ones we booked and payd for via Expedia. Official hotel prices are much lower in VND. Very friendly man at our reception! Room small, but OK and clean. Good bed, hot water and aircon/heating. Elevator. No restaurant, no tour booking, no breakfast, no information on anything. No money changer. Leaving at 8.30a.m., nobody on reception dedk; card with only telephone number. All in all not bad, but also not really good. Very limited service. But there's a rooftop bar with……

“Wasn't expecting much due to mixed reviews but our experience was decent. Communication was tough (only a young lady spoke english). And if you booked through Expedia, it seems like someone is managing the bookings and did not inform the reception. Booked a 3 bed room but settled for a 2 bed room since they said 3 bed not avail. Opened door and saw 2 cockroaches (went to hide, didnt kill them) but okay because they didnt reappear the next 2 days. Overall was clean and the people are nice. Rented……
