“The property is around 20-25 drive from the centre of sapa with minimal amenities close by. If you are staying as a group or couple and buy supplies before returning then i would reccomend this place. If however you want to enjoy evenings in sapa each day then you would clock up quite a high bill in taxis. The property was clean and in a beautiful location. For the price though it is very good.”

“Wasn't expecting much due to mixed reviews but our experience was decent. Communication was tough (only a young lady spoke english). And if you booked through Expedia, it seems like someone is managing the bookings and did not inform the reception. Booked a 3 bed room but settled for a 2 bed room since they said 3 bed not avail.
