“The space was big and clean. I would advise the owner to have pet and non pet friendly units that way people do not have sit in pet odor if they do not have a pet with them. ”

“We were in town for college graduation. This home offered enough bedrooms and bathrooms to make it comfortable for everyone. Overall the home is updated and clean. There are a few signs of wear and tear as expected. Parking was not an issue, owner response time was quick. The house is located convenient to Tempe and ASU as well as old town Scottsdale. Pool and outdoor spaces were an added bonus.”

“Be aware of the homeless. We walked to our destinations and every street has homeless people. I wasn’t prepared for that with my teenage daughter. The facility was located in a great spot for downtown. ”

“The property is located in a quiet residential area with an easy access from the freeways. Property is fully equipped with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. I just wish our schedule would have allowed us to stay longer. Highly recommend!”

“We were in town for a week with family for our daughter‘s graduation from Arizona State. This property was perfect. Open spacious floor plan and excellent backyard with pool and fire pit. Plenty of bedrooms and everything was exactly as described. Tim was a very responsive host. 100% recommend.”

This luxury apartment had every amenity and take needed including toiletries just in case you forgot them. The kitchen had everything including seasonings. I would stay at any o these locations trusting that it is similar to the Tempe location.”

“Overall this location was booked for a tradeshow event we were attending. Was nice, clean -the only downfall was checking in. After a long flight from the east coast, we a little hard to get inside the property. ”
