“When we booked the hotel reply was their lift was not working , we got very worried cause we are in our early 70's. But they offer me an upgrade to another property of their's around the block. When we arrived in there , smooth check in and there's a gentleman helped us with our luggage all the way to our room.

New decoration, very new and clean. Location is great, can reach most attractions on foot.
Free parking in the facility is secure and wonderful.
Negative:
We book the room the same morning we planned to check in. No one was there and no confirmation mail till we asked help from pedestrian to call the manager/owner. Need to reach them by phone or the email response via hotel.com can be 6-12 hours later.

“酒店不是很新，但乾淨和整潔，只有最基本的設備-床、衣櫃等等，到達當天前台男職員非常熱情，但離開的女職員就不太好，查問那裡可寄放行李都沒理會，最後要靠自己在外面放儲物櫃，酒店有電梯，是一個非常細小的電梯，兩人進去也很迫了，非常特別。
交通方面，步行可到Bolhão地鐵站及附近步行街／市場，但有斜路，所以不是最方便，但有交通一天票可在酒店門口乘巴士到地鐵站，城市始終不大，往來機場或火車站也算方便。”

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B
"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
