“This condo is clean and spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, and access to downtown Asheville and to I-40 are great. This building is in the middle of Biltmore Village and appears to have sustained no damage from Hurricane Helene. Would stay here again. ”

“Adorable one bedroom unit- had everything we needed for a long weekend stay. Everything was spotless. Very comfortable accommodations. The only reason I gave a 4 star on check in was because I was given multiple codes for the door- ignore texts and use their DACK system it will be much easier for you to follow. Location is also great.. love the view and quiet from the covered deck for rest and relation, felt like we were away from the ‘hustle and bustle’, but were actually very close to anything……

“We have been staying at Apple Valley Villas for 11+ years and we have stayed in about 9 different units. This one is by far my favorite and mainly because of the kitchen. We cook breakfast and an afternoon meal and having a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, and an oven was great. This unit also has a washer and dryer, as stated in the description which is wonderful when you have wet bathing suits and towels coming from the lake. “Having never been to Hendersonville previously, my wife and I selected the Kanuga Place near downtown to stay for a long weekend, and we enjoyed our stay there very much. We ran out of Breakfast-Blend coffee for the Keurig coffee maker on the third day, and the place could use a second TV - either in the sunroom or the main bedroom, but it suited our needs, and we are happy to have selected the place.”

“Our condo was very comfortable but a little hard to find at first. We arrived well after dark so finding the condo was a little hard. But once there checkin was great, beds were comfortable and place was pretty clean. We did find cobwebs around the lights and some celaphane wrapping under one of the beds (eek) but over all a very nice place. Plan accordingly as the cell service is very spotty in the area but once in the Rubling Resort Area (pools, beach and golf) you can connect to their wi-fi.”

“This property was very clean. It is in a building that used to rent as a motel suite. It has been remodeled. We loved our stay and the fishing was good. The host to this condo is very friendly and if you need anything is a phone call away. It has a king bed and a queen sleeper sofa that is comfortable. It is close to downtown Hendersonville, some thrift stores and Ingles grocery store is close by if you need to buy your food when you get there. Very nice area for vacation. close to Asheville, NC……
