“A hotel in a college area. It is old and has not been upgraded or remodeled in a very long time. I am happy to save $25 per night with outdated decor. The sheets and towels are clean. The floors are vacuumed. The showers have good water pressure and hot water. There is ZERO smell of mustiness in any room—something that would be a deal breaker for me. “I had a late arrival from the airport, 10:30 was expected, but my plane was delayed over an hour and they contacted me to ensure I was ok, check-in was fast and room was waiting! My 3rd time at this hotel when flying using Appleton Airport! Always good! Breakfast not much but free with basics including waffle maker!”
