“Stayed here 3 nights for ski visit to Killington. *Very* good shower. Great water pressure, two adjustable shower head options. It kook a minute or two for hot water to arrive at shower head, partly due to extreme cold weather, but once water was hot, it was more than hot enough and remained in good supply. Unit was clean. I did not see and onsite staff while I was there. They are mostly managed remotely. That was fine for me, but I didnt need any special attention. Main notes would be……

“I called the hotel 2 weeks before to confirm my reservation to which I was told it's fine. Saturday evening before I left New York I called to remind them I'd be there late and to have the heat on in the room and I was told no problem. Later I received an voicemail stating that they had no room for me. The annoyance is that hotels.com has my confirmation for my reservation, So the communication is almost non-existent.”

“It’s a great location, and the unit is well updated, but being able to lock it while you’re away skiing the whole day is pretty important. When I reached out to the property manager about this, and also a disgusting towel left near the toilet on arrival, the response was basically oh no! That’s awful! We’ve told someone.. aaaand nothing ever happened about either thing. These issues weren’t insurmountable, but doing nothing at all about them just left a terrible impression.”
