“It was an incredibly hot day but when I went into my room it was so cool and lovely Comfy bed and lovely shower Snacks put out just for me : wine cheese spread and crackers cookies strawberries and coffee In the morning breakfast was beyond perfection Homemade scones and clotted cream and the best creamy frittata I ever had I’m coming back even if I don’t have something to do in the shore area The owner and staff love what they do And it shows”

She has really put in an immense effort to take the Vrbo/Airbnb experience to the next level by transforming her home into an operational b&b experience for her guests. With prices on LBI skyrocketing in recent years it’s hard to find quality and affordability anywhere. Dawn has combined both and added hospitality and care as well. Do not hesitate to book!”
