Our family has been renting every year for over 25 years and this house did not disappoint; as it had everything you could need for a summer week vacation. This year we walked into a brand new kitchen and 4 beach passes which were very appreciated and so nice to see! ”

“Our family of 4 (2 pre-teen/teen boys) spent a really enjoyable week here. The location is ideal, a block from the bay, 2 blocks to the restaurants and attractions on Bay Ave, and an easy walk to the beach. It's directly next to a really delicious restaurant (maybe the best meal we had all week). The only downside is it's a bit noisy until 10 PM.The layout worked out great for us, with 2 bedrooms in the front and 2 in the rear, with a second living area. The beach badges, chairs and umbrella……

“Great property! Lots of great spaces! We enjoyed porches in the sun, family gatherings around the fire pit at night and we were able to enjoy a great family dinner in lower patio even though it stormed one night. Our host was very attentive and happy to assist any need. Location is perfect and close to beach, restaurants and the boardwalk! Great celebrations we had and family memories made! “This house was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in. It was very clean and comfortable for my family of five. In a great location! We fished and crabbed off the back dock. There’s a small beach and a long pier at the end of the development. There were plenty of dishes and appliances in the kitchen. The only issue we had was that the bedding was not all available when we got there even though the listing says bedsheets are provided. I messaged the host and he was unaware that it was missing but……

“The house was perfect for our group, and you simply cannot beat the view and location. I have rented countless shore houses and this was the first time sheets - already on the beds! - and bath towels were provided. Very nice touch. All bathrooms/showers were very clean and everything worked well. The kitchen was easy to work in, with large windows and doors to take in the view. The one feature I missed was an umbrella table for coffee on the upper deck in the morning. Communication was……
