One really nice surprise was the sense of community with the other renters. We got to know 3 other groups and spent time with them at the campfire, etc. We even brought one couple along for a boat ride with us. We will very likely be back. Hayward is such a nice community. ”

“We rented this for a family long weekend. There were 6 adults and 4 kids. The lake is a little weedy but the water is clear and the kids loved fishing off of the deck. We used the kayaks provided and enjoyed the lake immensely. We didn't see another boat the whole time we were there. The weather was a little cool so we didn't get to use the beautiful screen porch as much as we hoped. We loved the cabin. ”

We loved the clean cabin and its cozy atmosphere. Our host Colin contacted us through the VRBO website to make sure we had everything we needed. We also took our little dog Brody along as well.
