“We were lucky enough to stay here for five nights. Each morning we woke up to fog rolling through the vineyard that slowly revealed the amazing views through out the day. The home was as pictured, well appointed with items we needed for cooking and relaxing. Everything was quite comfortable. Michael and Diana were both so pleasant and communicative through the entire process. Dreaming of a return trip in the warmer months to make use of the beautiful pool!”

“If you like to relax this is the place to be. Nice flat and very nice pool. The only disadvantage is that one room has no window. Very buitifull location and very silent. As mentioned a very good place to relax.”

“The property is emaculate a true dream and beautifully kept. The history of the house is clear and Simonetta gives you a history and full tour of the property upon arrival. If you've seen the pictures they don't do justice to the property. Only negative is that we wish we could have stayed longer.”

“We had a great stay in August. It was very hot so the air con throughout the property was most welcome. The property is well appointed and had all we needed. The pool was ideal for a cooling splash and lots of play with my daughter while her mum enjoyed the sun bathing. Alba is a very nice town with plenty of places to eat and discover the local produce and provided a great base to explore the area. Communication with Lorenza was excellent and easy to check in and was on hand if we needed……

“As in all prior reviews, a "10" from us. The house is a modern design, fully equipped, with great view over old Alba. We didn't use the pool, but it is large and always clean. Easy walk into Centro; we also found parking when we drove into town. Best part was our host. Always accessible. As an example. we had a problem with our car one day, and he volunteered to go with us to a mechanic and help us out. We've stayed in a number of VRBO's. This was at the top. Highly recommended. ”

“Die Aussicht ist super! Leider gibt es dort nicht so viel für die Kinder. Es gibt da leider auch keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilatoren. Dafür aber sehr viele Moskitos. Die Gastgeberin Ist super nett und hilfsbereit.”

“Very clean, large, and well equipped house about an hour south of Turin. Ample shopping and restaurants selections nearby. Kids loved the pool and the fully fenced yard was perfect for our German Shepherd.”

“It was a pleasure to stay in Villa Barbara. Everything was clean and place was quiet and looked like brand new. Special kudos to all of the complimentary food - cake, eggs, milk, wine, water, bread, cheese, salami, hazel nuts - everything we needed for the breakfast for couple of days. Enjoyed the mosquito free dining area in the garden with BBQ grill. ”

“Our group of 6 adults stayed at the villa for 5 days while exploring the surrounding wine region and relaxing after a wedding. The villa was amazing. There was plenty of space for all guests, comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen and perfectly manicured lawn and pool area. Marco, Lonela and Christian were great to work with and so friendly, especially through our language barriers. Monforte was a perfect location with great restaurants and so many nearby wineries - go visit Giovanni! I cannot……
