“I was in the small-sized king room but it was perfect for me and would be ideal for a couple. Very roomy setup with bed, lounge chair, desk, etc. Ample storage. The bathroom was impeccably clean. Valet worked fairly well. The actual valet was probably the hardest working person - - running back and forth. I was impressed. The app makes requesting your car very simple. They ran out of cream for the coffee Sunday by 9:30 which was odd. But the front desk found me some soy milk that saved the day……

“I was here based on a medical emergency. The stay involved multiple family members and i gad to extend my stay to accommodate the medical uncertainty and changes. Gwen was very accommodating and worked very hard to make everything as seamless as possible. She was very knowledgeable and communicated with everyone in my family well. My family have used this location before but never had such great service from an individual. It was good to see someone who knew their position and procedures very……

“Lovely paved rail trail just a block down the hill from the parking lot. Its next to the river and 1 mile to Core Arboretum. WVU is walking distance. Great to stretch out the legs after a long ride. Lots of places to eat. Close to interstate 79.”

I will not stay at any other motel than this one! I am always here because of medical necessity and there has NEVER been a time that the staff wasn't there to help!
