“Such a wonderful experience, vs the hotel on our way down to our vacation. Beds were comfortable, staff very helpful. Our TV remote didn't work well. Called the front desk and they brought up fresh batteries. Problem solved. ”

The whole experience continued through the whole stay. We got several texts asking how we were enjoying our time and asking if we needed anything just ask. Small details that stand apart from others. “The hotel is beautiful in a large estate-like property so it is very grand. The area is quiet but close to the town. You can walk to town (about 12 minute walk). The room was small (we got the classic room) but comfortable since we didn't spent much time there as we were in town most of the day. I would stay there again. It has great history.”

“While the property is lovely and the stay has been nice, I will say that the information provided before finalizing the booking was missing pertinent information. There was no mention of the two sets of stairs at the front entrance. There was no mention of receiving a code for entry to property until after I booked a non-refundable booking. I had sent a query to the property but did not receive an answer before booking later the same day (the day of arrival). I did book through a third……
