“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“Your place is lovely and exactly as listed. Wish it was longer then a night....but for the one night we stay it was so peaceful and relaxing. Really like the little touches with the chocolates and waffle maker. Only difference I would do is have one flavored coffee syrup not sugar free (only because I have an allergy to sugar free) or maybe some honey. Overall beautiful place thank you for sharing it with us would definitely stay again.”

“Man the lifeboats! unit needed additional cleaning of stove and around bathroom at time of our arrival. This was accommodated by the host sending the cleaning lady back. A lot of cobwebs and dusty things. Transition strip to bathroom needed to be repaired. Sharp points sticking up. Rug needs to be cleaned or replaced. dishwasher does not seem to get dishes clean. Dishwasher had to be reattached to counter, it was falling out. The main problem was that during the first few weeks of our stay a……

“We stayed here with several of our family members to be near our son’s family that lives in Elmhurst. The house had all the basic necessities. We had some issues that we communicated to the host, but understand that since we were visiting during the holidays, it was not easy to address them in a timely manner. I would stay here again, given the location.”
