“When I booked, they gave strict instructions on where to park, that there was a dedicated parking spot for this unit, even provided a video. Arrived around 9:30pm and no parking spots avail except for opposite end of the building about a 4 block walk. Not safe to walk that far, carrying bags at night. Then customer service asked me to use a parking app to park offsite that would have been further away and would have had to take a rideshare. If I would have known that in advance I would have……

“Your place is lovely and exactly as listed. Wish it was longer then a night....but for the one night we stay it was so peaceful and relaxing. Really like the little touches with the chocolates and waffle maker. Only difference I would do is have one flavored coffee syrup not sugar free (only because I have an allergy to sugar free) or maybe some honey. Overall beautiful place thank you for sharing it with us would definitely stay again.”

“I texted the host a question and he almost immediately got back to me and talked me through the entire check-in process, and he didn’t hang up until he was sure we were able to get in! This was my first out-of-state trip with my boyfriend, so it was an enormous relief to have such a dedicated host to help us out! Additionally, the interior was tidy and very pleasantly decorated!”

“The property itself and the host, Mark, were some of the best I have experienced. The experience of booking a vrbo THROUGH expedia was a nightmare. Texts about communications came to me via expedia with link to access the message - but that lead to a dead link into vrbo that said I had no reservation. The chat within expedia to try and access check in information was impossible and would not lead to a live person. No info on a phone number to contact. Had to google and then get to several……
