“I rented this house for a family weekend getaway. The listing indicated that there was only one bathroom, but there were two. This apartment has a ton of space. It was much larger then I expected. Parking was a bit of a challenge but the house was perfect for us. One of the aunts is even planning on renting this house for a trip they will taking to Chicago this summer.”

Amenities were perfect for our needs, the living room is super spacious for some morning yoga, and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. “Overall loved the space. Great neighborhood, clean inside, great space. My only 2 complaints are, 1. It smelled very strong of cat litter which was quite odd. And 2. The check in process was strange. The manager required that he meet you in person and go through each page of the binder, and go through the entire house, one by one. I have never had that happen, and it was honestly inconvenient and annoying. Luckily, the space itself was great, so I gave it 5 stars. ”

“You can tell the owners really care about their guests and their beautiful historic property. So much attention to detail and so many fun little extras, makeup wipes, extra hand towels. “This space was perfect for our stay in Chicago’s Lincoln Square area. The unit was clean and comfortable. It was quiet at night. Also very close to shops and restaurants making meal prep very easy. ”

“Beautiful house on a quiet one way street that is lined with plenty of shade and trees. Walking distance to a couple restaurants and the train. The house was very clean and had plenty of room for all 8 of us that stayed. ”

“The property was great. Clean, charming, and full of accommodations. Check in/out was really simple if you need a quick place to crash, but has everything you need for a longer stay. The best part was the communication with the host though. Very easy to get in touch with, very detailed in answering questions, and was understanding when discussing damage found from a previous guest. Overall would stay again. ”

“We had a great stay! Natasha provided truly excellent, responsive communication.The property is very spacious and clean and looks just like the photos in the description. Comfy couch, plenty of linen, nice water pressure in the shower, every kitchen item imaginable, and even a giant basket of snacks for us!!! Having free on-site parking was wonderful. No need to hassle with finding street parking, although larger trucks and SUVs might find it a little tight to maneuver in the lot. And we also……

“We had a wonderful stay, the house is on a busy street as mentioned, in the heart of the neighborhood, we had no problems. There are grocery stores and restaurants close by and the beach is a flat, lovely,15-20 minute walk. The rail station is less. The interior is immaculate and very quaint. The host is very responsive and we even left a laptop and she took the extra time to mail it to us the next day. ”
