“Excellent location for a retreat or family gathering. 12/10! We loved the open space and many thoughtful details, such as the large whiteboard and fresh dry erase markers. The wifi and tech worked well. The A/C was amazingly cool, and we were there during a major heat wave. The outdoor area is absolutely beautiful, both day and night. The view of the river was lovely, and there were hardly any bugs, even outside at night with the pretty lights on. Beds were comfy. Communications with the host……

“We had an excellent stay with family for our son’s college tournament. We had all age ranges (10 months to 74 yrs old). Very comfortable beds & linens. Love the layout of the home! Having 2 bedrooms on main floor was a bonus & such big bedrooms. Comfortable seating for all of us , plus the bonus college kids that stopped by! You won’t regret staying here!!”

“My friends and I stayed here over the weekend and the house was just as described. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed from steamers to cleaning supplies, washer and dryer extra blankets you name it they had it. The designated parking space was very convenient and the area felt very safe. The host was quick to respond to issues and also text to check on us as well. ”

“1. Hidden/unclear fees for "additional guests" though we never went over max amount of 10. 2. When first arrived at the house, both doors (outer door, and door access to the house) were wide open. Told host about this, she kept saying only the outer door was open. 3. One of us got locked in the only bathroom available at the house on the first night. Notified the host immediately. person had to climb out through a window. was told maintenance person was on their way. 2 hrs later, maintenance……
