“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable. Also, there is no AC. “The St Regis more than lived up to its reputation. From the property, to the staff, top notch. Pool area is beautiful and the beach is right there with chairs, umbrellas, well attended to by the staff. French press coffee delivered every morning and cookies at night. Some luxury properties are now charging for coffee, water, etc. There was none of that here. Get there before November when it,s being sold to Four Seasons. Thanks for a great vacation St Regis. ”
