“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected. We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable. Also, there is no AC. “The room was spotless, comfortable, and location, location, location! The hotel is literally a 2 minute walk from all of the restaurants in Esperanza. The owners of the property are extremely welcoming, kind and provided a ton of great recommendations for things to see and do while on the Island. We will definitely stay there again!”

No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. “We stayed for 4 nights here and overall the stay was pleasant. The hosts were communicative and gave very clear instructions on check-in/check-out. The apartment had 2 bedrooms 2 baths and came with a washer/ dryer which was a huge plus. It is a quiet neighborhood. Everything was functional. They left books for reading, card games, plenty of towels and toiletries. My one and only complaint was there were ants in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms.
