“I think a little better pest control will do it. Also door frames are in serious need of insulation to save energy and to prevent for insects to get in the rooms. The staff are admirable. They try so hard to maintain the building and premises but are working with what they've got. I give the staff 10 stars. Beds are very uncomfortable. Mattresses need replacement. ”

“Jessica and Ruben are great people and hosts. As others have written, Ruben's breakfasts are hard to beat, even in 5-star hotels! The property's proximity to the south entrance to El Yunque is a primary reason we selected it. Anyone considering staying here should understand that the accommodations are stylish but basic. All of the buildings are constructed from cargo containers. Jessica and Ruben did a great job making them as refined as possible, with marble bathroom walls and white plaster……
