“We enjoyed the house, two families of 4 had plenty of room. Many of the rooms have amazing views, plenty of windows. The downstairs can be opened up in the front and back to let the air through. Its nice in the back having no houses, just jungle. We enjoyed a mango that fell off the tree, something we clearly dont get in the North. The proximity to the beach was great and the water was perfect. Forecast called for clouds and rain everyday and it barely rained 10 min or had a cloud. Even enjoyed……

“Plenty of space. All the amenities one would need. Full kitchen and two full baths, all with modern fittings. Has laundry. Easy access to all attractions, especially the mountain range of the rainforest. Relax in the jacuzzi or on the balcony. Open the patio doors for the fresh cool breeze. Hosts are delightful with good restaurant recommendations. The marina has excellent food and service. The place to be on the east.”

“We couldn’t have been happier with our choice! The beautiful, ultra clean home was in the perfect location for us. Close to beaches, great restaurants, El Yunque and San Juan. It is in an established neighborhood which we enjoy living like and with locals when we travel. Communication with Nedska was timely and informative. The house itself was SO sparkling clean. The pictures are totally accurate. Our adult family had plenty of room to spread out. Each room has its own air conditioning……

“This house is very well equipped and comfortable. The aesthetic of the pool and deck area are especially nice. Pool was great for morning and evening swims.We enjoyed opening the double doors to the lovely tropical air and sitting on the front poch most mornings.(never needed the AC.) The location is not really that walkable to anything but being high on a dead end road provided security and was very peaceful. Loved the warm water and stunning beaches. We had a wonderful week on Vieq u es.”

“We loved the house and felt very relaxed and comfortable. Our teen, especially, enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching both day and night. We walked to two beaches in one day! We even snorkeled off of Esperanza waterfront. We frequented all the restaurants on the strip whenever we didn't feel like cooking. Groceries, taxis and bio tours just a short fun walk away. ”

“Beautiful view! Tropical and relaxing. Had a great time. The pool was wonderful. Cool at first but easy to get used to on a hot day. Monica was very responsive to questions and helpful. Casper, the cat was friendly and our grandkids loved to feed him and make sure he had fresh water. Would have been nice to have a clothes line and a few hammocks! Very enjoyable stay. ”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
