“Rubin and Jessica were great hosts and the breakfast was delicious! The views of the surrounding mountains were incredible! It was a very unique property but a great place to stay for a couple of nights if you love the outdoors! ”

“The property is amazing with great views and unique experience up in the rainforest. It is secluded and provides an eco experience. The roads up to the lodging are a little more challenging but we had a 4x4 vehicle and made it even with heavy rain. The hotel is currently partially under renovations but the host is very nice and try to ensure an enjoyable experience. Don't go into it thinking its a 5 star resort but rather an off-the-beaten-path experience.”

“We did a 6 day stay on Culebra and love the Melones area for the views and calm water. We stayed at Villa 2. The room is very elegant with a clean and comfy feel. The villa came with free wifi, direct TV, and access to Netflix (your account). AC worked fabulously at 72 degrees. The view is breathtaking and the balcony comes with an awning/sun shade that was perfect for noon lunches. Sunsets are perfect (just have Off on hand for the mosquitoes). “Jessica and Ruben were incredible hosts. Their property is so gorgeous with views of both the rain forest and the ocean. We loved that their animals were roaming around! After chatting with Jessica and Ruben over their fantastic homemade and authentic breakfast (our favorite of the entire trip) we truly got to see how their vision of a sustainable bed and breakfast has begun to take shape. “I had a great time staying in this private room. The hosts were very nice and helpful for whatever ever I needed and the room was very clean and has a really comfy bed. I liked how the room is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance/parking space. Noise does not travel through the walls so you still get a very private feel. I recommend this place 100%”

"Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues: 1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient. 2. Lack of Basic Supplies The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided. 3. Excessive Humidity The room was extremely humid. After participating in a bioluminescence activity, we were unable to dry our wet clothes overnight—even hanging them on a chair only made them wetter. Without a hair dryer or proper ventilation, we were forced to wear damp clothes while traveling. The humidity also affected the bedsheets, which felt damp and made it hard to sleep. 4. Unhelpful Property Manager We contacted the property manager for assistance, but they were unable to provide any solutions to these issues. Overall, the poor conditions and lack of responsiveness made our stay uncomfortable and frustrating. I would not recommend this property to others unless these issues are addressed. "
