“From the moment we pulled into the driveway, we knew it was a perfect spot for us. A quiet residential street with kids riding bikes and people walking dogs. The inside of the house was so clean and modern! There was a large family room/dining room and a giant kitchen that has everything you need even a first aid kit. “We have 3 kids and a dog and needed a clean, safe, spacious home to hang out and relax in while visiting family and this had everything we were looking for! I had to work during our stay so the desk in one of the bedrooms was perfect while the rest of the family could watch tv and play in the other areas of the house/yard. The owner was friendly and responsive and made sure we were taken care of. We plan on coming back any time we are in the area!”

The home is very thoughtfully decorated with modern amenities yet keeps the timelessness and charm of the era in which the home was built. “The home is located in a very safe neighborhood located blocks away from downtown Batavia and an easy drive into Geneva/St. Charles. I was able to communicate directly with the owner and he was wonderful to work with. The popcorn machine in the basement was a hit with my two daughters. The office space and standing desk made my workdays very comfortable. This is an amazing space and an amazing owner. Thank you!”
