“We were in town for my son's basketball tournament at Kimberton and were lucky to be able to stay in this sweet townhouse. It looked newly renovated and was delightful to stay in (beds were comfortable, bathrooms were bright and clean, and the kitchen had everything that we needed). It is also located close to downtown Phoenixville, and so we walked to and from the shops and restaurants. I did have a question for the property manager and he responded very quickly.We couldn't have asked for a……

“We have two sons who live in Bethlehem, and they hosted our family Christmas celebration. We traveled from South Carolina; other family members came from New Jersey and Connecticut. Nine of us stayed at the VRBO, which had plenty of room. It is a great location and convenient to historic downtown Bethlehem. And, to our surprise, there was a lovely Christmas tree set up and decorated for us to put our packages under!”

“The house was comfortable and cozy and we made ourselves at home. It was close enough to grocery stores, excellent pho restaurant, and Bear Creek Mountain ski resort. It fit our needs for a long weekend getaway. ”

“Wonderful stay! Check-in/out is super easy. Communication for questions or concerns is a breeze. The house itself is amazing- a super neat old house but beautifully updated. Bathrooms and kitchen are fantastic and super clean, with everything you need there. Beds are comfortable. Ample seating in living rooms/dining room (which you don't always find at rental homes). And the thing that makes it absolutely the best is how set up for kids it is. We stayed with two young kids and they have……

“One of my favorite places to visit because of the pool and the enormous house that is far enough from town to give privacy but also close enough that it’s not a huge drive to Walmart (maybe fifteen minutes). The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. We had everything we need. Second stay and can’t wait to stay again. ”

“I rented the Dery House for out-of-town friends to stay prior to a wedding. First of all, the house is breathtaking to see from the outside and it only gets better once inside. We spent much of the weekend inside and we were never in the same room twice! Each different room feels like a completely different space and all are classicly gorgeous.
