“The price was right and it was clean and the owner was very responsive. It was advertised to have cornhole boards, but the owner had to round them up for us (which he did). It is understandable they were not readily available, because it was winter time. We had a little issue with the pump connected to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, but the owner addressed. The climate control was a little challenging with the in-floor heat and thermostat being in the adjacent basement unit. We ended……

“The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. ”

“Enjoyed the stay. Not only was it as advertised, it also offered excellent views of the stars.... something a lot of the properties in Burke cannot offer. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood.”

“This is a great place and the hosts were amazing. I had a personal issue and they were amazing helpful and generous of their time to help me sort it out. Loved the coffee breakfast nook across the street and the good eats right below the apartment!”

“The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! ”

“We can't say enough about how much we enjoyed staying at this location. We were in VT to celebrate a family members 100th birthday and also attend a family wedding. Our hostess was wonderful. Communication between her and ourselves, her attention to detail and the cleanliness of her listing was far above our expectations. The location was central for all our events and the setting was beautiful. We will not hesitate to book with her again and recommend anyone thinking about booking in this area……

“This was our second time staying here and it was just as nice as last time. Plenty of room, clean and well cared for. One other nice thing is that the guest parking was covered. That worked out well both this time(hot sunny days) and last(winter snow). Thank you for a lovely time.”
