“The property is similar to staying in a suite at a hotel (with a full kitchen). It’s a studio style apartment. We knew it would likely be cramped for our family of 4, but we each had a place to rest our heads which is all we really needed for a few days skiing up at Jay. Everything was clean, Caitlyn was proactive and responsive. She greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. We will definitely look for this property for trips to Jay in the future! ”

“This property was truly amazing. We were two couples and had complete privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and we all commented on how nice everything was. I guess my only complaint would be the king size bed in the primary suite was very very firm and it was like sleeping in a board. A memory foam topper would remedy that quickly. We may rent it again, but the king bed being hard may be a deal breaker. My husband and I were very uncomfortable in that bed.……

“The suite was just what we needed; quiet, comfortable and cozy. It has all the amenities of home, so we felt very much at home. Gwen and Larry were consistently responsive and warmly attentive. It felt like we were staying with long-time friends, even though we never crossed paths during the stay. We’d definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it for others.”

It is understandable they were not readily available, because it was winter time. We had a little issue with the pump connected to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, but the owner addressed. “The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. ”
