“I used this studio apartment as home-base for 5 days of skiing at Jay Peak with my father. For two people to chill out in peace after exhausting ourselves completely at the mountain all day, all our needs were met and I would be happy to book the same accommodations in the future. “This property was truly amazing. We were two couples and had complete privacy with our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen was very well stocked and we all commented on how nice everything was. I guess my only complaint would be the king size bed in the primary suite was very very firm and it was like sleeping in a board. A memory foam topper would remedy that quickly. We may rent it again, but the king bed being hard may be a deal breaker. My husband and I were very uncomfortable in that bed.……

“The suite was just what we needed; quiet, comfortable and cozy. It has all the amenities of home, so we felt very much at home. Gwen and Larry were consistently responsive and warmly attentive. It felt like we were staying with long-time friends, even though we never crossed paths during the stay. We’d definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it for others.”

“The price was right and it was clean and the owner was very responsive. It was advertised to have cornhole boards, but the owner had to round them up for us (which he did). It is understandable they were not readily available, because it was winter time. We had a little issue with the pump connected to the kitchen sink and garbage disposal, but the owner addressed. The climate control was a little challenging with the in-floor heat and thermostat being in the adjacent basement unit. We ended……

“The location is great if you want to go snowmobiling; its very easy to get onto the VAST trail system from apartment. Unfortunately you need to leave your sled down in the back of the property, but its not very far. The interior of the apartment is very nice as was communicating with the rental agency. The only downside is that you can hear everything that is happening in the upstairs apartment. Every step that someone takes upstairs you can hear and can easily hear people talking as well. ”
