“Given the low price, I was a little nervous about what we would find. The house is very old, and is a work in progress, but we loved that it felt like going to grandma’s house. The breakfast nook in the kitchen was such a cute space and the sun room and covered patio out back would be amazing in the summer. “The entry directions were excellent, and the apartment was clean. We were a little worried at first, but the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.
