“The decor of the rooms that we stayed in were just as pictured in the ads; very beautiful. The property itself is gorgeous and we felt quite at home. The house managers were also so nice and helpful. They made a difference in our stay. Even though we did not speak the same language they respected my mother and took care of us the best! They had some issues with water pressure/ plumbing and there was a moldy smell that was not completely gone after airing the place out. However they tried to……

“I loved this hotel. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea but it has a wonderful, African vibe. The food is excellent, and the pool & gardens are lovely. The furnishings are very simple, I don’t expect luxury from a small property in bush. If you need a place close the airport that is clean and quiet, I can recommend this spot. I would stay again. ”

“Chez Lillie was a great stay, the entire staff and pets on property are friendly. I’d suggest Google Maps for clear directions to the property. I would recommend going to the property for a couple of days for a stay-cation. 8/10, I loved it! ”

“I needed a place to stay overnight on a layover in Dakar. This was the wrong choice. The address you are given does not match the property location on Expedia. The staff who helped me was as sweet as they come but we couldn’t communicate. No lock on the bedroom door, and you are locked in the property. I ended up leaving and going elsewhere. ”
