“We had an exceptional stay in Matera! The property is a gem in a perfect location—just a short walk to the Sassi and the historic center, yet conveniently outside the ZTL, making it easy to reach by car. “Excellent view on Ostuni from the room’s amazing terrace (we booked room with city view), very good breakfast with lots of options. Parking super convenient just across the street. We took a Tuktuk to the historic center (15 euro) and walked back, it’s an easy 10 min walk. Shower on the smaller side but otherwise a great hotel.”

“A restaurant is exactly downstairs of our room, so it was quite noisy in the night time from the guests sitting outside of restaurant. “This was hands down our favourite stay of our whole trip! The location was wonderful and central. The host was very helpful and told us lots about what to see and where to go. "The service was great. We parked at the parking lot recommended by the hotel, and there was a free shuttle that took us to the hotel. We stayed in a separate room, which had a bit of a damp smell. The room was about a 5-minute walk from the reception and the breakfast/spa area — it took a few time to remember the route. But getting lost in Matera is also a kind of romance."
